Mechanism of Action
中枢神経系に作用し、視床下部の体温調節中枢に働きかけて解熱作用を発揮します。また、痛覚閾値を上昇させることで鎮痛効果を示します。プロスタグランジン合成阻害作用は末梢では弱く、主に中枢で発揮されます。
Acts on the central nervous system, targeting the thermoregulatory center in the hypothalamus to produce antipyretic effects. It raises the pain threshold to provide analgesic effects. Its prostaglandin synthesis inhibition is weak peripherally and primarily central.

Side Effects
肝機能障害（大量摂取時）、皮疹、悪心、食欲不振。まれにスティーブンス・ジョンソン症候群。
Hepatotoxicity (in overdose), rash, nausea, loss of appetite. Rarely Stevens-Johnson syndrome.
Contraindications
重篤な肝障害のある患者。本剤の成分に対し過敏症の既往歴のある患者。アスピリン喘息の患者。
Patients with severe hepatic impairment. Patients with a history of hypersensitivity to any component. Patients with aspirin-induced asthma.
