Mechanism of Action

プロドラッグであり、体内で活性代謝物(trans-OH体)に変換された後、COXを阻害してプロスタグランジンの合成を抑制します。胃腸障害が比較的少ないとされています。

A prodrug that is converted to an active metabolite (trans-OH form) in the body, which then inhibits COX and suppresses prostaglandin synthesis. Considered to have relatively fewer gastrointestinal side effects.
